Inua 'phaze' Ellams

"Born in 1984, I immediately fell for the romance of a pencil, 18 years later, I found a bootlegged copy of Photoshop. The rest is a history being written. In my work, I am interested in creating New fairy tales, New myths and legends; merging the archaic with the fresh. I try to represent this idea by working with old textures and clean vector flat colour shapes, seeing how the interact, how they reflect and enhance each other. I have had no formal training. I also work as a writer, for the future I would like to find way of combining both disciplines."
